Both companies are owned by Hisatake Shibuya. They most likely use the same production facilities. My Damien-7 was made in a Chinese OEM facility. Qingdao: home of Chinese beer and Chinese guitars.
Murt Byrne Does he pick and choose which company gets to make better guitars or something, because that's honestly what it seems like. Schecter absolutely murdered ESP this year with new guitars.
one of the most under rated guitarist. just cause his band is more about simple chug. He is a great player.
Possibly a great player, but a great writer? Absolutley not. There music is for unimaginative teens with bad hair cuts and v necks.

WOW, look at that high quality flame maple top.... Matte BLACK, awesome brings out the figure of that flame maple top.
Its probably a cap, meaning it affects the tone somewhat. Lots of different guitars do that, but I agree I would rather see the flame maple.
