- In this video I am at Lake Lanier in July fishing for Bass back in a creek. I stay in the creeks most of the summer and have no problem finding plenty of fish to catch. Topwater was the ticket on this day. Watch until the end to see some big Largemouth's and Spotted Bass. Thanks for watching! Make sure you are subscribed so you don't miss an informative episode!

That is a productive morning. Nothing beats top water action! Thanks for sharing the adventure.
Great job Dana, the Lanier looks good, and the bass are “HITTING” that topwater with vengeance, enjoyed it 🎣
Morning fishing is nice! You caught plenty of fish
WoW! That’s Awesome! Have An Incredible Week! 🤩❤️✨
You bad luck makes me feel a bit better about my screw ups. That water was probably so overcrowded it was unfishable by midday. I guess it was a bluegill breakfast day for the bass.
Still it was a good video you caught some very nice fish in this video thanks Dana for sharing it yeah fishing right now is very tough in places me and my brother-in-law went today on Sunday call one fish I got one to the boat it came off that was all that was put in the boat I hate them damn wavemakers
Yall should do research about lake lanier😂 its a flooded town
Me and my nephew and my oldest son went up the creek on the left side and fish pretty much where you was at on Thursday p did not do too well me and my nephew went back on Saturday and we caught six but none of them was on top water all of them were beneath the surface still a good day
I love those overcast days, especially during the hot time of year, me and the fish like it, Hahaha.
You've earned your Ph.D. on secondary points Doctor Dana. Nice going!
Don't know how I missed this video earlier. Glad I watched. Good job.

A pretty good day Dana!
Awesome spot there at the end! Can you still work these top water with mono? Just maybe not as well? And do you find the fish are hanging out shallow and off the shore? Like how far are you willing to work the cast back to the boat?
Awesome video! What rod and reel were you using?
I notice when you fish a top water you use a bait caster but jig a spinning reel. Do you think the heaver rod tip makes the top water bait work different than the spinning reel.
Do you use a swivel ? And what knot ?
I wouldn't even stick my baby toe on that water, let alone, eat some fish out of there! You're crazy!
