The Stinger radio will definitely put out more power than your factory radio, but it won't put out anything like an aftermarket amplifier.

That is correct. This client does not take off his freedom tops, so that was of no concern to him.
You can stand the panels up in the bag against the seat. There is a strap on the bag for that purpose I believe.
