This dash camera was discontinued about 5 years ago. When the M5 was a current product, it had a full 2 year warranty on it. We hope you were able to get yours swapped out under warranty. Momento is now making the M6, the M7, and the M8. Like their previous generation, they all have a 2 year warranty on them. Upgrading from the M5 in this video to even the M6 would be a huge step up. Great question! You simply insert your key into the ignition, and turn it to the on position. You do not need to crank the starter as the vehicle is already running. Thanks for watching!

This vehicle does require a very intricate interface in order for the remote start to work. Using a 4706V alone will not work with this vehicle.

The factory RGB LED lights have 4 wires and the speakers have 2 wires per speaker. We were able to integrate into the factory LED lighting underneath the captain's console.

If your aftermarket head unit has an A/V output and the rear seat entertainment you are installing have an A/V input, then yes you can do that. We do that a lot with our Kenwood Excelon DVD radios and aftermarket rear seat entertainment installations.

@@gskeezyio it does look like there is a module designed to retain your rear seat entertainment. I would recommend going to a professional audio store near you that can get you all situated.

It is tough to see without disassembling the rear, but if you go to 1 minute and 35 seconds, you will see the amplifier mounted on top of the subwoofer box that holds a 10" Kenwood Excelon shallow subwoofer. This thing sounds AMAZING!!

I agree. I have a black lexus ls and don't want to tint the windows because of the classy look. Now I've been looking at the 70% cause of texas heat. It seems like it still keeps it classy look

I'm sorry you feel that way. This is how the client wanted this bar installed. We put aluminum bar stock on the roof to reinforce the plastic and mounted in directly to the roof for him.

The way that this is currently configured, no. This system can be upgraded to a full security system that would have that ability. You even have the option to add the ability to control it from your phone, so you could get notifications on your phone is someone tampered with your vehicle. Thanks for watching!

@tewfiks I would recommend bringing it to a professional to have them remove your remote start. They will have the knowledge and expertise to make sure everything is done properly.

This particular sound bar has been discontinued. JBL replaced it with the RallyBar series. The RallyBars sound great no matter what volume you are on. They also have some AWESOME bass!

This particular model has been discontinued. The new JBL RallyBars have replaced them. The new RallyBars actually sound even better than this bar. The vehicle has to be locked by the remote so that the system knows it is locked and secured. If it never sees the lock command, the system thinks it is unlocked which means someone can go in the vehicle and shift it into gear.

The Stinger radio will definitely put out more power than your factory radio, but it won't put out anything like an aftermarket amplifier.

Is it a RetroSound Laguna radio. They were the only ones out there that could guarantee it could fit in a Super Beetle. Thanks for watching!

I would recommend going to a professional car audio store in your area and having them do the installation. If you were to integrate into the incorrect wire(s), you could case irreversible damage to the vehicle. We have seen people accidentally set off their airbags because they integrated into the wrong wire.

Great question! This vehicle did not come with the normal factory backup camera that is usually housed in a large plastic housing. It used this bracket with a much larger, clunkier, lower resolution camera. We opted to use the existing bracket as it was very robust and provided a great view for our client. Thanks for watching!

This client didn't want to take up any space under his rear seat at all. This was the perfect option to add bass to his vehicle and not take up any of his cargo space underneath the rear seat. Thanks for watching!

@@theaudiogarage7461 No, BEHIND the back seat. Where the OEM sub sits. I have a Kicker Hideaway 8 inch and it won’t fit under the seat because of the DVD player. I didn’t want to use that nice cargo space under the read seat so I pulled the OEM sub and put the Kicker in the OEM location. It is possible to put a better shallow mount sub in the OEM box, build a whole new box and I calculated that I can fit 3 Kicker Hideaways back there. This leaves the whole area under the seat completely usable and it’s also pretty hard to steal it if they can’t see it or find it without removing the upper seat.

Dk if you'll see this -I want to do exactly what you're describing, but I know nothing about wiring or head unit install. Was it hard to take out the OEM sub? And how did you secure the Kicker Sub in its place? Screws? Thx@@Yohann67

@@BannedPhotoshop I now have TWO Kickers installed behind the seat. A 10 inch behind the drivers side and a 8 inch in the OEM position. I simply shoved the 10 in it’s spot, I used a piece of wood and bolted it the OEM holes and then strapped the kicker to the wood.

There are a multitude of different reasons that could cause "remote start error". The parking lights should indicate the reason why it is not remote starting. The original installation facility should be able to help you out. Thanks for watching!

Good eye! This was their first generation kit which had the subwoofers face upwards. In there 2nd and 3rd generation kit, they changed them to down firing. Thanks for watching!
