I'm here in Illinois and there was a kind of a similar story that happened here but the guy was white. Regardless it took them damn near two years to find that person that had dementia in one of these lakes. Law enforcement was taking their sweet ass time looking for him. It's just messed up how they take years to find someone with dementia or any other memory illness.

Thank God that his remains were finally found. My childhood friends Shonda & Terry Collier can now get some type of closure, but I know that they are wondering what really happened to their Dad.
