Your videos deserve more views! I’ve been doing them every day for the past 3 weeks! Glad I’m able to find new ones each and every day. Peace and love ✌️
I saved this practice to do for my birthday today as a way to honor my sign as a water bearer. In doing so, you gifted us a beautiful African song in which I felt able to honor and connect with my lineage. This was very personal to me and I spend some time in a long savasana connecting with little me. Thank you to Echo and this community for showing up for you, and in turn creating ripples in the water that extend so incredibly far. Love and light 💦💕
I am so grateful to have come across such a wonderful soul to learn from and be in the presence of wonderful words when I do every single one of your videos. Every time I do yoga with you and your channel, I go somewhere deeper and find something deeper I've been reminded of
Muchas Gracias Echo! 🙏 I am learning to be like water through all of my ventures, when things are challenging and uncertain. Where in Mexico are you? Also, how long did it take you to learn espanõl so fluently? I am just starting a new chapter of life in Mexico and I am beyond grateful for these people, this culture and these lands. Even though, it has taken me out of my comfort zone in many ways. Your videos and this practice gives me a sense of grounding. 🙏 So, thank you again.
Loved every bit of this Echo! Before you sang you said I am in imperfect being. I beg to differ you are a perfect human. Beautiful spirit embodying this life with such beauty and grace. I even loved the sounds of the children. This is real life and you do it so well!! LOVE your voice, singing, talking, whispering the lessons we all need to here.
This. Was. Beautiful. From my name is Yoga to the beginning song and everything in between. I was so happy for the song again at the end I got up and danced around to it. Thank you lovely!!! 🤗💞😊🙏
Absolutely loved this, thank you. Perfect after the end of the working week. The quote about water really resonated with me; I'm an open water swimmer too, (even in the UK winter!) & Love being immersed in the sea, and being buffered by waves Nameste 🕉️🙏🏼💜
Thank you for this beautiful practice, Echo. I'm grateful I recently discovered your channel, as it's a wonderful source of support on my journey of healing. Sending much love and light from Brooklyn, NYC. 💜
Beautifully done. I’d love to learn more about the African water song, if there’s a recording, etc. Do you know which specific tribe it’s from or region or do you know where I could find it just the audio?
I really really like your hair and your yoga tattoos and your black yoga sports bra and your golden bracelets and your black yoga tight pants and your gray yoga shirt, it looks beautiful on you and your African water song, it was beautiful that you were singing echo😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰
MUAH echo ! beautiful as always . also is it weird that i thoroughly enjoy toe squat ? , the way my toes sit it feels nice to stretch & tuck them under hahahah .
Thank you Echo darling, for this flow-full, song-adorned session. The way you deal with all those imperfections, internal and external, is so sweet and authentic. Each time i go through a session with you i feel i know you more… or maybe know more of you. Mmmmmm
Beautiful practice. but it’s not an African water song, it’s from the Algonquin indigenous tribe of canada. It is sung as a call for activism against the privatization of water & endangerment of indigenous water. Just think it’s important to acknowledge & attribute correctly when borrowing from indigenous cultures. Much love 🤍
So grateful for your practices! Brings me so much peace, mental and physical!
I am so happy to hear this!

I’m so happy you didn’t edit out calling yourself Yoga. 😆
You can’t take yourself too seriously
Which Be like water song/artist are you reffering to?
🙏🇨🇦
P.S. your name is not echo. It’s Giselle.
Technically I get to decide my name. I am Echo, Giesel & now Pancake…call me Ms. Pancake
