Thank you, Echo, this practice is full of sweetness. I've become thrilled by the chrysalis state - it's absolutely amazing to observe and feel changes as they happen. They're always better than what I'd hoped or expected. The discomfort is small in intensity and short in duration compared to what is there to be gained.
