This is new way of making bharta for us. Will try We usually take lot of garlic which makes it spicy so chillies not needed. And tomato is optional in our recipe. We usually roast big brinjal n garlic on koyla Or gas, after that peeling of skins, then coarsely grind with mortar n pestle or grinder while adding salt. Then tadka of jeera(cumin), chopped onions is added to it.
