I have a quick question. If we cook the curd won’t it curdle ??? I have tried this couple of times , the dish becomes watery ..
After adding curds shift the flame to smaller flame and lower the flame. Keep stirring till the curd gets blended with the gravy
Cook it longer so the excess water gets dried up. On lower flame, and curd first beat it,
Also, don’t add salt. Add in the very ends when its ready
