I’ve only been to LAC jail for a few weeks( felt like months) and I thought it was as bad as it gets. Jail is a whole other world and from what I hear prison’s are a lot worse. Nothing but a bunch of animals appearing human.

Several states authorize the use of the electric chair if requested by the inmate or if other methods are unavailable. Texas is NOT one of them- they only permit executions by lethal injection and it's been that way for DECADES...

The last person that I know of to be sentenced to death here in Texas was Taylor Parker over a year ago. She faked a pregnancy and hunted down a pregnant woman like predator, stabbed her over 100 times and disemboweled her while she was still alive. They save the death penalty for the most heinous and shockingly premeditated crimes. As awful as this case was I can see how it fell short of the criteria to get a DP conviction. It has to meet all 10 requirements or it’s an automatic life without parole.
A woman who is like-minded would be my guess. Not every child bearer is a mother. Many women nowadays fight harder for the right to kill their unborn than they do to care for them after they're born!

Where I worked at the FL DOC, they had special dorms for these people. They were relatively safe. They were in with their own kind and shared stories with no shame.

Yes I was looking for this comment. I live in Houston, TX and a friend of mine has been to prison here. He said it looks like he’s trying to make himself unrecognizable because he’s in for it when he gets to TDCJ.

Where I worked at the FL DOC, they had special dorms for these people. They were relatively safe. They were in with their own kind and shared stories with no shame.

Right! Apparently, from another case that has same type of sentence. They stated that the law doesn't allow the death penalty for murder of children. Which I think is absurd!

As much as some feel like an eye for an eye is justice....it is deemed more cruel by others, to have them live their lives in hell (jail) as long as possible before something "happens" to them while in jail. Child predators have a notorious history of being murdered in jail. So, he may very well still get death. Just not by the courts...but prison justice.
@@KingKongStrongI’ve known quite a few who weren’t able to adjust to outside life. Every time they were released, their siblings all said “He’ll be right back in there - that’s the only life he knows.”

He didn’t get a jury trial. He opted out of that and let the judge decide his fate
Trial for mother Gloria Williams starts I believe April 19,2024 or sometime next week. She right now has been in jail waiting for her trial
