National Orders | Anti-apartheid heroes honoured

South Africa's journey to democracy was a long struggle taken up by citizens and foreigners alike. Many laid down their lives to help achieve freedom from the chains of apartheid and discrimination. Some of these heroes and heroines have been recognised with National Orders, bestowed by President Cyril Ramaphosa in Pretoria and most of those on the 2024 honours list, were anti-apartheid activists. eNCA reporter Pule Letshwiti-Jones was there.
