Great Video, i paid between £200-300 for the first home game against Newcastle this season for me and my husband who is a magpie and to be honest i didn't think it was worth it, the only consolation was that we beat Newcastle and i got to spend time watching it with my husband. 😄to you announcing the team that made me laugh 💙
We need to work on our atmosphere... the away fans were loud af we need to turn up like we did this time last year/....
It's not a case of working on the atmosphere when they give two tiers of the South stand behind the goal because of the fa allocation and relocation of fans including myself because i have a season ticket in the south stand third tier this is where the hard core singing fans are, that needs looking at in the cup comps, there isn't a problem in league games.
@@vidsforyou345 ikr there should be a ban on the no of tourists coming to game internation supporters are gud they know the chants and play a part in building the atmosphere but the japanese tourist stick into their phones for 90 min and just make it a library.. The local lads are energetic and can make an atmosphere just look at the last few games of last year ethiad was loud af
We gave away our loudest area South stand level 3..City need to stop that. Plus lots of regulars swerve these games. Mainly families in cup games at home.
The atmosphere around the stadium before the game is completely different to even 5 years ago, it’s just tourism and about 1/100 actual fans who know the chants etc
@@vidsforyou345 it was a incredible atmosphere when we beat Real Madrid 4.0. The Madrid players said so afterwards. You will experience the difference in fan base should you start winning trophies. The prices go up every year. Locals are priced out like me on Saturday. Day trippers will buy for one off trips and spend a fortune on merchandise food etc. Thousands of seats will be taken for corporate at St James Park. Regulars will have to move. All this and more has effected us. If you win nothing hardly anything will happen except price increases annually. Your owners are not a charity or Geordies. They will want a return on investment like ours.

I mean i paid £72 for Sheffield United at home on 30-DEC-2024 and it came with no frills ( East Stand L2 ) so £50 for a seat in the same stand with free soft drinks and the facilities you highlighted in KITS - i am amazed at how good a deal it is.....
Id of been happy to pay £50 for the ticket alone !!!! Everything else is a bonus !!

Well say £70 for ticket
And £10 on unlimited soft drinks so 2 soft drinks around £10, the experience would need to be worth £60 to make it value for money for £140
But at £50 its a W and id love to be entrred into your competition once you hit 1000 likes....
