Neville doesn't hate City because they weren't a rival when we were younger, it used to only ever be a local derby.
Rubbish Scholes said himself he disliked City more Manchester Derby is a bigger game than Liverpool+ Utd for Mancunians anyway
_”I hate them more than yesterday”_
That’s actually a good lyric. Noel is definitely a talented song writer.
get a move on
He's one of the best
No, he’s not. Cheesy corny store-bought unoriginal pop bs.
There's a known saying, I'll use the verb "hate":
Hate them more than yesterday, but less than tomorrow.
What does it actually mean ?
Noel with a Scouser on his shirt doing an interview with Gary Neville.
Man United wasn't one of the richest in the world when Fergie 1st arrived it took them a few years to win a trophy, he bought smartly, brought in like 4 or 5 youth players at once and then the money start coming when they won leagues evary year, trophies every season.
They weren't lying midtable and in walks a mega rich owner. Big difference.
City weren't even mid table. They were further down.
@@alansmith4655 Exactly. All anyone has to do is look at City's league positions 5 to 10 years before and after the Abu Dhabi acquisition.
@@alansmith4655 incorrect, we finished mid table and were in Europe (twice) when the sheiks took over so how do you work that one out?
@@ballwinningmidfielder7493 wowww what a difference, really scraping the bottom of the barrel aren't ya
Manchester United before Fergie came in and after busby left spent big constantly and got no results
It's the other way round.
My City mates always used to slag us saying we're just a business,we buy the league, our fans are overseas ( I'm Mancunian) and I used to explain that when your club is massive and successful MOST of your fans aren't from the area because you end up bigger than your home city.
Now City are bigger, more corporate, more overseas fans its ok though.
That's hypocrisy.
Now I tell them you've turned in to everything you hated about us difference is you had to win the lottery to do it.
Well their was no other way. United hit the success button just at the right time in the premier league era. When all the money came rolling in. Plus the extra money United was getting by being in the champions league regularly when City wasn't. Their was no other way in the modern footballing climate City could compete!!!
@craigmullen9046 "hit the success button" we just had a good manager that built a top class team maybe city should've got someone in that could do the same and they wouldn't have to cheat
City will never be bigger than United
Just after it’s announced Noel is get a divorce. Retro are very astute 😂
I got a headache from reading that
Dreams can’t be buy
ooh manchester friends
115 breaches of Premier League financial rules.
Dirty dirty cheats.
As soon as this guy got money… he moved to London🤣😂🤣
At least ppl can say the same for City being an oil merchant club with a little history
Origins story is basically a Masonic sky blue colour regime. Freemasons in the afterlife become the red devils with their torture devices. That is all i have
They’re sheep though
We got a history of owning the premiership over the past 10 years
I read a book on City’s history. Didn’t take as long as you think.
@@superslayerguy history of a champions league?
I've always hated Liverpool and Arsenal way more than Man City. Man City only became relevant rivals to us when Sheikh Mansour came through the door 😂 otherwise they were another Wigan or Bolton to us.
true😂😂😂
1967 to 1993 never happened!!!
Now you are not even bolton or wigan for city
United fans defo hate city more in recent years - especially since the treble
Between 86 and 2013 (fergie era) Man City outspent Man United.
Really!!! 😅😅😅
Not a united fan, but the problem with City's spending **ISN'T** the spending itself, it's where the money came from that built this empire in the first place.
Teams that were successful before money dominated the game will always have more love from me
Why though? Big clubs had a complete monopoly, there wasn't any way of ever catching up to them. A club with the history you speak about, had more money. More money, bigger stadia, better players. Biggest stadia, players, and history means more sponsorship money, which means even bigger advantages. I don't like these oil sjeiks casually dumping billions into the playing field, but the football part is still as unfair as ever. I would opt for a more even playing field.
Any club money came from dirty places, Chelsea owner was russian mafia oil and supporting the war economically for example.
Do you even know how United became successful in the first place lol
@@KennyK2 United weren't the richest when Fergie first walked in the door they built up and earnt alot of money too through winning things, even under Busby literally half the team died and the club was written off and they won a European cup 10 years later.
Whereas City were 40 odd years without a trophy, relegation candidates till around 2006, the became mid table team and suddenly a rich owner came in and they took a helicopter to the top, that's success because of a mega rich owner
@@CatharticSense
They do not have a monopoly. They have loyal fan base and can be a mega club today and then not in 20 years time.
You cannot compare a club building its fan base through culture and earning that right with a buy out and lots of money from a rich owner.
Blackburn did that in the 1990s and people do not even remember them today.
His point about spending lots of money is misleading. The difference is that United won and then became wealthy, whereas City became wealthy and then won. There's a difference.
Money spending is money spending regardless of the source. You don’t think Man United invested in the club infrastructure as well as the players before they became successful? They were the ones that were spending and signing the best players plus breaking the transfer records before Chelsea and Man City were taken over. And to get better and improve the club when there aren’t things like a proper wage cap, you need to spend money
@tombardsley3081 mate the source of the money matters because of FFP. 115 charges oil club
Difference being United earn their money, rather than just given to on a plate then denying they’ve done it! That’s hypocrisy Noel!
The difference is Manchester United EARN the money they spend, as opposed to City who are pumped full of oil money...
Well that’s true, but there’s still a limit, we have spent over £400million in the last 5 years yet haven’t done anything, doesn’t justify it regardless how you earn it
Ironic that the once money club are bitter other clubs spends money …
Cry😂😭
I don't support either team, literally pointing out there's a massive difference between the two
Spot on
£660m spent by ETH alone
noel has a begrudging deference for united's accomplishments and who couldn't but the animosity for this club is still strong in the man and many of us.
This guys tapped
🥔
Don't worry Noel , no Reds like you either... So don't look back in anger
I like him
Come on man utd
0:19 look at that smile. *heart drops in pants*
His hatred for Manchester United is like my hatred towards oasis ! Most overrated band in the history of human history
He’s spot on.
The problem with United and sadly my team Liverpool is that they're publicly traded meaning they are a stock price. They are both essentially banks. The way publicly traded companies work is you have to convince people to take their money out of the bank and buy shares in your company and that you will increase the value of their money faster than the bank. Not only that but you also have to convince people that you will increase the value of their investment more than all the other stocks on the market. And the stock price must keep rising without fail. Lets say you bought some stock for a grand. And the price of the stock rose insurmountably and in ten years it's worth half a million. But then in one year it's still worth half a million. In spite of how well that company has done to make their share holders stinking rich the stock price still has to keep going up or everyone will just pull out and put their money into something else that is going up. So it becomes this monster that has to keep growing no matter what. Whereas clubs who are just owned by a rich guy who doesn't care about money can spend to the absolute limits. So United and Liverpool will never really compete at the very top consistently ever again. In fact in 10-20 years I can see three or four more Man City's sprouting up and then both of them will be out of it maybe forever. We already have Newcastle who will get there eventually so that's two. Two more and United and Liverpool become top 6 teams.
Manchester derby isn’t like other derbies as the fans of both clubs support the other team if their chances of winning the competition are over, its not a hatred at all. Never lived in a city with supporters like that so thought it was unusual as an outsider. I raise it to locals and its met with confusion but i’ve seen pubs go beserk for the other teams goals
i’ve never supported united when we get knocked out of a cup (unless against liverpool) if that’s what you mean
@@pech3617 exactly no other city would support their local rivals vs anyone. Yet man united fans including neville always say “i dont hate city” etc. Go to glasgow, north london, liverpool, istanbul that ain’t happening
@@04mdsimps City and united never support each other? and north London and Liverpool is the same level of rivalry as the Manchester derby. Granted it goes up a level in Glasgow and Istanbul
The same way I feel about Oasis and the Gallagher brothers
Most overrated nonsense ever them an£ their music
Funnily enough they upload this merely hours before Noel announces he’s leaving Sara
Feel a bit sorry for Noel. He's getting divorced and City lost, he took two big Ls
City is an oil club with a cheque book manager.
Seems like your nerves been touched eh
Everton vibes
Hypocrisy? One club earned their wealth and therefore the right to spend. The other never had their own money, nearly went bankrupt & is owned by a nation.
Good timing, given that Noel has just been leaked to be going through a divorce. She did play a part in Oasis breaking up 😅
Ok..so?
Im Liverpool and hate united 10 times more than Everton
I bet he hates us even more after 2 - 1 to United 🤣
Put date video was aired u muppets
Remember the 90's when he was relevant?
An Irishman who hates Man Utd well there is a first😂
Oasis, great music, shite take when it comes to who's the superior Manchester club!
GGMU
City are oil, Neil gallager in the mud
Noels getting divorced 🎉🎉
You know what this means boys, we're reliving the 90's 😂😂
He's right
Explain further, or else you’re wrong. I need sources as well.
Explain then we are waiting ...
E'ingrassato ancora
City is just a boring club, Haaland is a boring footballer, I don’t know, I’m a Chelsea fan and we’re in shambles rn but I still think there’s something different about us, city is just BORIIIING
Have you watched Chelsea lately, sir? Boring doesn’t begin to cover it
Lol
Haaland is a snooze-fest, king of tap ins haha
That 'something different' is that we've went full on unwatchable at this point.
@@bpbrowning78 Yeah but CIty are just plain and irrelevant, no one really cares if they're successful. They're just a bunch of robots who everyone expects to play well and wipe the floor with their opponents and the times they don't it's like "oh the robots have malfunctioned and will need upgrading"
Chelsea when they are good, people hate to see do well. More so than City.
very few clubs are true champions united are one of the few clubs you could call true champions as they won a lot of their trophies a lot of their own players. leeds and celtic are some of the few true champions winning the league and cups with their own players and celtic first british team to win the european cup with all their own players cant get a truer champion than that. city will never be true champions they have foden and parmer as far as i know but not enough of their own players to be true

Bertie Magoo
Gallagher and city. Stealing a living. city copied the Poznan, Gallagher copied the Beatles, Slade, Sex Pistols and on the same song, Ricky Martin and Plastic Bertrand.
💕 He 😍 hates 💕 his 😍 neighbours
💕 Love 😍, hate 💕 relationship 💕😍💞 😻
Noel hates United , liverpool and the Labour Party. He does however love city London and the Conservative party - hash tag flame grilled whopper
That Derby was lovely today, I’m sure he enjoyed it after announcing his divorce as well 😌
Love oasis live Liam&Noel OASIS4EVA
jealousy gets you nowhere
Even as a Liverpool fan, I can back Noel. UTD spend a fortune and then blame the owners but the fact is that they spend a fortune!
Could say the exact same about Liverpool, they’ve broke multiple transfer records under Klopp but their fans are still complaining about lack of investment from the owners.
@MindfulnessGamer This comment is exactly what I mean when I say United fans are clueless and deluded. Yes, Liverpool spent money BUT that money was from massive player sales. Suarez and Coutunho alone dwarfs any big purchase.
Now tell me, which player has United sold for big money????
I'm waiting.....
@@memeguyTM there’s no denying that United have spent more it’s obvious to see but that doesn’t change the fact that Liverpool have spent a fortune. Net spend or not. Nearly 600 million spent isn’t exactly a lack of investment and only one league title out of that is a poor return.
@UCXz5KzoXQxp9gpmywppIQjA okay. You keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel a bit better about Liverpool currently rotting in 7th place 👍
@MindfulnessGamer Liverpool are also the most successful club in the land. Enjoy 👌
Can we do a all things we hate & detest about Gallagher, yuk can hardly say the name.🤮🤮🤮
I hate Man Utd ( Liverpool fan) 😂
Fake jealous musician who knows his team will never be bigger that the Reds, never
😂 watch any interview before 08 and Noel never mentioned city in fact when city struggled for cash he was asked to put money in to the coffers and he refused 😂
Always the geezer
The reality is the City project has failed. Completly undervachieved. Its current squad is probably its worst. Utd is not too far behind in relation to money being spent. Hats off to Pool & even Arsenal this year.
Lol
Based Noel Gallagher
Liams the star. No one wanted to be noel
Id rather be Noel than Liam
I was in Manchester a couple of weeks ago and did a walk from Old Trafford to Etihad Stadium in a non-game day. (In fact, MU had just lost at home to Brighton the previous day.) OT was packed with fans, whereas ES barely had a anybody there by comparison. Conclusion: Man City may be getting all the trophies at the moment but they've not boosted their fan base as a result of that.
We earnt our money, city just had dubious oil money fund them.
Guess everybody knows united are the most hated club in the world. He’s not wrong. 😂
Ha la maglietta con Lennon e Yoko
Good old Noel. I absolutely despise United and their glory hunting fans.
Oooo cares you reds 🥸
Noel, "stop crying your heart out"
As a United supporter, I don't like City. But I do have a grudging respect toward them. My hatred are always directed at Liverpool FC.
