Johnny, you got that Lakeland sounding nice. That’s what I love about this bass, you can get so many different sounds out of it. I’ll never give up my 5502 Lakeland..
Dude I had a 5502 and Johnny actually ended up with it, I missed that bass sooo much I got another one and will NEVER part ways with her ever!! Just a beast of a bass!!
Mr long you make any bass you touch sounds like a million dollars I bought a 5502 and would like to what settings you see the mid switches . I didn’t quite understand what you said about the values 1k ?
Hey Johnny, Great job with your channel, I'm a subscriber, just a question on bass pickups, Aguilar or Bartolini, the genres I mostly play are Smooth Jazz, Funk, Reggae and Top 40 pop.
@@OlandoMcCall hey Orlando, 3 Lāklands? Wow. Do u have one of the completely American made ? I love my Skyline but I’ve been curious if the much more expensive USA one’s is worth the extra cost.
@@michaelanthony9068 they are all skylines, USA Laklands are very expensive. I do have one of the LOG (Lakland Owners Group) P5 it plays like butter. Never played a USA Lakland.
QUESTION Johnny… 1st, thank you for the respect for Lākland ! I adore my 55-02 ! I wud love to have my strings that low, how much relief do u put in? I have about .008 inch relief. Did u go perfectly flat with that ? Subscriber here, wud love to visit u and buy something some day. Peace.
Brother, I'm going to need you to calm down on these Lakland videos. Just when I've decided all I need is a Sire or Squire, you put out a Lakland video, and all my senses leave. Seems like you're determined to make me buy a Lakland. STOP IT.
Buy one. You won't regret it. I've got a 5 string PJ with SD pups and 4 band audere pre. Thought I've been good to go for the last 3+ years til I got my 5502 about a month ago. All stock LH3 elecs and I'm seriously thinking about selling my PJ or maybe make it my sole session bass. My Lakland gets the gigs now
Definitely get one!! I had a 5502 And Johnny ended up with it and I missed that bass sooo much I bought another one and will NEVER part ways with it!! A beast of a bass!! The 35” scale and string through just makes it a beast!! I’d take it over a sire any day! No disrespect to sire their great as well
If the entire world was 1/10 as happy as Johnny what a place it would be...
🎯
Man I love your videos so much ❤ amazing lines. Amazing breakdown of the tones from this bass 🔥
