There are always two energies in the dialogue. I am beyond myself. I am the observer. I am not controlled by my mind. What i focus on, expands. Separate myself. I am the infinite me. I am powerful. I am one with the Universe. Allow myself "Universe mode" on. Start seeing that a lot of my infinite thoughts and feelings and observations and power and strength and beauty will manifest in this physical reality. These miracles start to manifest in this physical life too. I can create any reality I want. Namaste Master.
I hope everybody reads your message and reads this reply. I am somebody that could not keep their mind quiet. I could not do it. I could not do it because I kept saying I could not do it. The minute I said f*** any diagnosis. I might have f*** what the doctors say. F*** what anybody says. I can manifest a calm sound mind and I can sit and meditate. Something clicked as soon as I believed it and I spoke it out loud. I was able to sit for 10 20 30 minutes. Doing a guided meditation and then 10 20 minutes doing a quiet meditation. The power of our language and the power of our beliefs is so strong. Be consistent, tell yourself audibly that you love meditation. You are meditation, you have a sound mind and it will happen. I cannot believe it like. I am shocked at my own power that was always inside of me at 43 years old, I feel like my life has just begun.
Thank you Master. Great advice.. Just like a child whom is throwing a tantrum.. the more you pay attention to the child while acting out the worse it normally gets.
This is one of those concepts that I get but I don't fully grasp. Its tickling some part of my consciousness and creating a need to understand it. I had the same reaction to The Matrix in 1999. I watched that movie over and over and eventually I understood the deep meaning and I could apply it to my life. That was the start of my intentional spiritual journey - around 2005. So I'm taking that approach to this concept. I'm very excited to understand this and see my life from that perspective. Infinite thanks for sharing this Master Sri. Namaste 🙏🏾
