After watching your second excercise, I think it should be industry standard for all smartphones to have jack port at the top of the case!

I like the IR blaster idea. I remember when it was becoming almost standard to have IR on on cell phones, but the quick improvements to Bluetooth did away with most IR functionality.

This is probable a stupid question but anyway with the IR diodes you made for tv remote could they be used to make it possible for the phones camera to be able to take pictures or video with in the infrared spectrum

No because the leds are not powerful enough to generate so much infrared light in order to catch enough lite to take a picture.

Very clever ingenuity and I'm also astounded how versatile the phone headphone jack is. One just assumes it's just for audio but of course it's connected to the motherboard and circuitry so with the right tools and ingenuity it can do pretty much anything! :)

마지막 영상은 그냥 자석 스위치 하나 구입하면 간단함.
훨씬 깔끔하고 비용도 절약됩니다.
아니면 영상에서 나오는 리미트 스위치를 그대로 문에 연결해도 됩니다.
그러니까 리미트 스위치의 감지 거리가 짧으므로 최대한 문의 중심축에 가깝게 설치해서 문이 5Cm정도만 열리면 작동이 되도록 설치위치를 조절하면 됩니다.

I believe that is a hall sensor. I asked if maybe he wrote it wrong (though it would detect polarity.)

You can get a decent multimeter for a lot cheaper than most smartphones cost.
