Can I use a regular Scott’s starter fertilizer with that seed? Just purchased the GCI tall fescue

I have not applied it yet as we have had numerous delays with the pool install which in turn has delayed my seeding project. The instructions state that you can apply using a broadcast spreader wide open. Thanks for watching!
