I'm failing to understand. Where I'm staying we don't have electricity cos of cable dat keeps on burning. It's not Eskom fault it's our cos we don't pay for service. We were asked to pay 6.5k. each house so dat Eskom can come n fix dis cable . It's fair at de same time not fair cos we share a box with a section dat has electricity but our box is faulty . We must pay electric to avoid such . Kill me with my two cent opinion
