I have a great Tube amp but I needed another for company and some effects. I hit the Jackpot with this 40GX. Couldn't be happier, picked it up cheap and it is an awesome amp, lots of toys and a lot of Fun. Great choice of effects and the adaptability is price less. This amp is a winner even to the biggest Tube Snob. long story short-I bought it and I couldn't be happier. Love It!!!!!!!
Does the Dyna amp model actually work like a tube amp in feel? I mean, can you play softly and it clean up a little and play hard and the amp responds with more distortion or gain, etc? I really like the idea of this amp and especially the way it's laid out for doing little gigs doing covers. I'm thinking this amp with maybe a small tube over drive would really be cool..
Hi, thanks for time and review. I am looking at this kind of amp for live dance performance, where this amp is part of the stage set. I do need very nice sound - through this will be played piano recording, so preferably crystal clear sound (or as far as possible). I need something of this size. Please, would you recommend this amp, or some another one. I prefer to keep price low, but let's say 300, maybe for deal breaker up to 500€. Thank you once again!

Can you use all those effects without a foot pedal? Or do you need to buy a pedal to access it?
Are those sound effects only because you have that pedal?? Or can it use all of those effects without a pedal?

All I know is, I have a Marshall DSL-5C valve amp and this just replaced it as my practice amp.....
