Hello! It cost 200 USD. It includes accommodation and food but you need to pay for your own drinks. You don’t need your IDP if you’re on a tour. But if you’re doing it solo, you will need it!
When doing it as part of a tour you don’t need one as they sort it all out for you. I’m travelling again on a bike around Vietnam and I do have one just in case :)

That’s crazy! I’m travelling all of Vietnam by motorbike now and still haven’t been stopped. I’ve gone through so many police checkpoints too and they’ve just smiled and waved at me 🤣😅

Was filmed in May 2023! The ha giang loop tours are busy and there’s loads of backpackers. But I later did the loop by myself and when you go alone ha giang and surrounding districts aren’t touristy at all!!

I did the 4 day and would massively recommend this one. It’s the best thing you’ll do! So spend as many days in the mountains doing it as possible!!!
