I ran the Friscos on my Sportster for a while, swapped them out but they were nice bars! I ave a few videos of the bike on my channel as it progressed and it has changed a lot!
Amazon has 3m vinyl pre cut kits that are meant to fit over the chrome on the top of the bars, I have them on my 2021 883 and it fit perfect and the wrap is quality material same shine as the black frame gloss.
Those bars look sick. I love that color! I haven’t ever seen a maroon 883 before! Must be one of their “special” color sets they used to do all the time?
also, dont know if you already fixed it but I had the same problem with the flipped mirrors. its an easy fix. theres an alan/hex bolt that tightens the signal in place. you can loosen that and move it over so the mirror can slide in place. oh and you will be sore after riding with those new bars at first but your muscles get used to it
You could probably start with removing the clutch side first, then undo the bar clamps and slide the throttle off as you pull the bars from the bike That way you don’t have to mess with the throttle play and adjusters
Came for the bars review so i skipped the middle part.... Bro then i watched the beginning and was like no way. Theres a krispy krunchy chicken now at that valero lol much love from sj bro - can i ask what shop? Just got a forty eight and need a shop to take my bike to lol
I didn't put the brake line on correctly so it was blocking the mirror from going back into its slot. But it's fixed now. All I had to do was flip the brake line and now it fits.
Maybe add a pull back riser then forward controls. I'm kinda leaning forward with my current setup but I'll be changing the friscos to ape hangers soon.
Bro if u get exhaust go with Vance & Hines mini grenades sounds hella loud!! Ur bike is sick btw Just wanted to add half shell helmets (German style) are like $40 or so in moss landing J&R Surplus come in matte black/gloss black/chrome)
@@VuLes13 trust me Vu their worth it cars on 101 do not hear our stock exhaust or horn going 79mph I live in a apartment and I can care less about my neighbors getting mad for my loud ex house I work 12-8am and they never complaint

How tall are they? I just ordered 14” bars and I needed the clutch extension kit and wire extension from Morgan hill

I just ordered some Frisco bars for my son's new sporty but I'm thinking putting them at the angle of the fork tubes.
Vinyl wrap the forks and headlight bezel black. You should have ran you control wires through the bars, makes a cleaner look. Good looking bike .

Think you should try to put your mirrors up above your handle bars. Will improve the view. With that maybe you could do with just the left mirror

I got 7" biltwell friscos. The only thing I had to change was my brake line. The oem one was short so I bought one that was 5 inches longer
