    The sit down and take a break thing... I feel like I'm ALWAYS needing and wanting to take a break (after every itty bitty task). Always feeling overwhelmed & exhausted. 😰😴 (OCPD + ADD here)

      I hear you about breaks! Some days it feels like even just 5 minutes of dishes needs to be balanced out with 1 hour of sitting and doing nothing.
