It's an aquamarine color. I can try to replicate it later today and let you know, but just off the top of my head i'd say just Biel Tan + a bit of Drakenhof.
It's hard to tell without playing around with the colors themselves, but my first guess would be just some pure Carroburg Crimson or some watered Khorne Red (3:1 water:paint) over a zenithal prime.

What paints do you recommend to get the same coloring as the sun dropped Carnomorphs? I don't want to pay for the sundrop but I like that coloring.
