I know people have commented that all business can do this, that's simply not true. My market is very different, I service extremely small yards in Florida 2-3.5k sq ft of lawn per house. The market is tight for mowing, but I'm making it pretty good. We dont seed St. Augustine at all or dethatch. The aeration is completely underbid by big companies like Massey and Dean's that do pest control and spray treatment. I don't want to be the guy that pisses on everyone's dream, but the fact is that markets are very different across the US and the world, and we can't all do the same services or prices. While I Iike Blake and much of his advice, I find that a lot of youtubers spoon feed expectations to people that may be too high for their market. I strongly suggest looking into local companies that are successful and seeing their proces/margins/services. Hope everyone has a good day and good luck!

Exactly the same conversation I had today. I'm from south FL. Ft Lauderdale area and now in N central FL. Mostly Bermuda and bahia. We can dethatch but im not seeinga a need aeration it's not clay only sand in FL.

Aeration yes, overseed not so much. We have saint augustine and Bermuda grass so it doesn’t really benefit to overseed it.
You could offer aeration and top dressing with sand or compost. That’s good money.
