Urad dhal- 250gms
Kuthiravaali arisi (barnyard millet) -200gms
Kambu ( pearl millet) - 200 gms
Quinoa - 200 gms
Solam (Sorgum) - 200 gms
thinai ( Foxtail millet) - 200 gms
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Chutney:
Peanut - 1/2 cup
Daria - 1/2 cup
Red chilli - 5 nos
Garlic - 2
Tamarind
Curry leaves
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds

Nice. I do the same chutney. Try adding little ginger also and grind. It will taste even better. This chutney is my daughter's favourite.

saraniyaams sivaraj yes but in mixie it is very difficult to grind the millets
