Hi mate great video yeah definitely bigger pinion gear. I love my 1/8 kraton v4 still standard chassis i launch and haven't bent my chassis because it's a engineering design fault in which I fixed. Keep the videos coming mate🏁 👍🦘🤣🤣
I appreciate you watching and supporting the channel this is the 3rd KRATON I've owned the 2nd EXB.... I just think having the max6 combo with the 1650kv I need a few more teeth it feels quick but just missing a little punch.... I think I have a 17 or 18 need like a 20
I mean it's not the easiest especially not owning truck last year I used my 4dr sedan this year should be easier I have a suv... and since I'm always alone and super skinny I have to break it down into 2 pieces instead of just folding it up into the triangle it takes me about 10 minutes to get it loaded and then another to unload and set up to bash then when I'm done 10 to take it back down and load it and then again at home unloading it...but the way it sends the rc well worth the fun
Those were some nice sends. I must say that the Kraton EXB 6s V2 is tough. I have the V1 and haven’t been able to use it much because I’m having diff issues. I’m about to swap all 3 EXB diffs to the regular diffs and hope for the best. Happy Bashing🫡
I put 2 of the OPEN F R DIFF SET GP4 5MM 10K part #311066 and they both went out within 1 month of each other. I then switched to the FRONT/REAR DIFF SET GP4 5MM 29MM OPEN DIFF CASE 80K part #ARA311199 and haven’t had an issue with my diffs in 2 months.
@@Basher45RC I assume it's all shimmed correctly have you thought of aluminum gearboxs I know if they're off a bit or weak letting it flex like the sledge stock ones it will tear up diffs like no tomorrow
Yes, every thing is great. My LHS even said the ARA311066 has been having major issues and they’ve repaired a 1/2 dozen in the last month. That’s why I switched to ARA31199 and haven’t had any issues in months.
@@Basher45RC yeah idk man only issue I ever knew about was the 1st run of v1 EXB had some issues and they fixed that and started including shims I've never had issues with any of my diffs on any ARRMA I've really owned 4s 6s or even 8s... ARRMA has always made the best diffs in my opinion minus what they done with the grom lol
My servo was doing the same thing and was locking up to the right or left side. Tried everything and it ended up being my front hub nuts were too tight into my steering block / hubs. I loosened them and haven’t that issue since. Also, what’s your punch on?
@@RC4us yeah mine is set at 8 and I put the 6S Backflips on. Personally, I’m not a fan of the Copperheads. I think they’re too bulky, clunky and bouncy when she lands from a high a jump. Yeah my pillow balls were too tight and straining the servo and it was the opposite side it was getting stuck. I tightened them and then loosened them a 1/2 to 3/4 turn and wallah, boom, fixed!
Absolutely love running the ARRMA KRATON no matter how many times I break it or cause it to fail...
Nice run mike👍that ramp is awesome 😎
Yeah can can get some insane sends off it you should check out the last sledge video
Trees always win. Always
yeah man the wind just got worse and worse wait til you see the next video with the XXL the wind was just out of control...

Keep the good working g going brother 🤙
Stay awesome
Chris 🚀🤘🤘
Yeah I actually broke 3 of the front arms and a brand new m2c outdrive cup as well but it's all fixed up now and ready for more
🤙
Sweet bashing session with the V2 EXB Kraton. How is that Fresh Park ramp ? Is it hard to move around ?

When I installed the aluminum diff cases I made these all open EXB with the ARRMA shim kit for that and now they have m2c outdrive cups

Which is more fun this new 6s or the outcast 1/5 8S?
That's a tough call but I'm gonna have to pick this it's much easier to carry back to the car if broken lol

So I checked the pillow ball nuts I actually run the m2c pillow ball retainer and punch is on 8 I believe if not 9 but it's definitely up....
I appreciate you watching

Shame about tye arm bro they was big send off that ramp, what angle is that set at coz it defo gets up there 😂😂😂
When I got home I've found both upper arms are broke and it broke a m2c outdrive cup... the wind was crazy and kept blowing the car towards the trees
