Try using a silicone brush for brushing the UV resin on the charms. They make small ones like the size brush you are using to brush the UV resin on your charms now. Then you will be able to cure the resin on the silicone brush once done curing it the resin will peel right off and you can use it again! Hope that helps you a bit if you try it.

where do you get your uv resin? i bought some from ebay and it always cures sticky! i have a 48 watt lamp but it still is sticky and dull 😫 so i’m using a tempered glass uv gel nail topcoat at the moment and it’s great as it’s no wipe but the little bottles aren’t cost effective
i find 9/10 uv resins will have a tacky layer when curing no matter where you buy it from! i wipe all my pieces with an alcohol wipe afterwards and that will get it off! If it's really significant to the point of it needing to be wiped off until its dull... then it's usually 2 things: incomplete curing (i.e. your lamp is old, not long enough in there) or your UV resin is too old. :D If it's your lamp, replace it, if its your uv resin, get a new one or topcoat until youre done with that bottle and hope the next ones a fresh batch! hope that helps x

You can use polyurethane it's used on wood mostly but it can be used on charms and there Sculpy gloss/glaze you can find it on Amazon.
