U go attack crit he got a dmg cap. Even if u go HP diff in the state the game is. U will get one shot regardless. So attack crit is the way to go.

If u go HP deff not will u not do dmg. U will also get Out CC and if u somehow survive u won't have enough dmg to kill em. Lol. I am F2p. I got 11 mill box CC and for w F2p account thats pretty good i can barely get 380k CC with CC food
