- Does Destiny really exists, if yes then why work hard: this is the question asked by many, but hard work is very important.Destiny is understanding your strengths & weaknesses and changing them according to you. Dr . Jai Madaan has established herself as one of the most renowned astrologers, numerologists, palmists and a Vaastu experts in India. She is also a well-known motivational speaker, relationship counsellor and she regularly conducts workshops to enhance the quality of life and relationships.
An alumni of Miranda House- University of Delhi, she has done her Doctorate in ‘Spiritual Counselling’ from California Institute of Metaphysical Research. Everything that is happening with us or in the universe is according to the will of nature. Whatever gonna happen will happen. We think and act according to the will of nature. The event that is going to happen with us or in the universe is inevitable. We are working hard or striving for success because we don't know about the "certainity" of our life. We are just filled with curiosity for our certainity. And hence this is the beauty of life. It hides the secret of our certainity or fate and is not revealing it to us. If we know the certainity of our life then we would have nothing to do for our life. Therefore it is letting us to search for our fate which is certain and at some point of time of our life we'll get to discover our fate. We could use any methods to get to our destination. Here our "fate" that is our destination could be a blessing or a curse. But it is not known to us before we hunted for it at any point of life. So just do it what u want to do and don't think about success or failure.

Honestly speaking this is how I felt through the video:
First 5 minutes: Wow she is so beautiful, cute, saree and so on...
After 5 minutes: I forgot about how cute she was and I started thinking she has good knowledge and amazing story telling skills.
One line which blew my mind was "Someone who is sitting up there is not sadist and he will give you what you want".

Hi Vikram, I think we have choices and much depends about our mental barriers or freedom. Flowing energy into an open heart and mind allow great success. I don't believe in fate, I believe in action and the power of our subconscious mind does the rest. We have what we believe and the beliefs manifest through our thoughts into our reality. I believed for years that hard work pays off. Now I believe that smart work is more effective and dramatically faster and more effective. With self-growth and self-evolution on a spiritual, mental and emotional level anything is possible.
