I know the n63 has a bad reputation. But I honestly believe 2017 models and up have had revision and the engines are a bit more reliable. 💯
So, here is the problem. That does NOT look like real carbon fiber. The issue you are having is what appears to be a failure of clear coat. Remus should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a crappy product.
