Any sound system is incomplete without a subwoofer, even if it is the world's most expensive.🎉
Compare it with panasonic sc ua7 Speaker
Tanmay, it's bit of an "all-rounder", rather than a theatre system, for playing BRD's and 4K discs?
That’s true! You can connect an external Player to the line input!
Hi Tanmay, this is certainly not an audiophile speaker in any sense (as you mentioned). This at best can be used as a speaker for TV viewing (at stereo mode without surround effects at best) plus a just about okayish speaker which can be hooked to a home audio source player (non-amplified of course). Besides, at this price, there are some other great options that sound so much better than this with way better holographic soundstage and stereo imaging.
lol not sure what do you exactly mean by “not an audiophile speaker” so not gonna comment on that but the rest of your description is totally wrong; this is a powerful great sounding speaker not a TV speaker although can be used as such.
I’ve had this for a while now the only issue would be the stereo separation compared with a LR speaker set so that might be what you mean by “not and audiophile” but other than that your description of what this is is completely misguided
Tanmay One Question for You ,is JBL & Polk are they some time gives Bhoomy Sound & Elac Cinema 12 are they also Bhoomy...?
Depends on the series in these brands. Not all speakers from JBL or Polk are boomy. Also, Elac Cinema 12 speakers are warm and not boomy. The subwoofer can be a little boomy only if not configured properly.
@@TanmayMehta ...Thank You ☺️
Tanmay request you to do video on complete setup of Sonos Arc with Sub Gen 3 & Sonos Era 300.
Coming soon 👍🏻😀
Great speech tanmay ❤
Hi Tanmay. Nice informative video as always. But I seriously struggle to understand where is JBL going with this. Priced at 1.7 lakhs, any consumer would be spoilt for alternatives. If I want a simple stereo solution, I would be better of getting something like the Klipsch The Sevens. If I want an all in one sound bar which does not need a sub, I would get a Senheisser Ambeo. I have demoed both the Sevens and the Ambeo and both sound fantastic. But again, JBL is trying something different I guess so I would really like to hear this before forming an opinion.
Absolutely! 2ch stereo speakers will always be wise option for those who want better separation and want to keep the Left and Right far for a wide soundstage. But not everyone has the luxury or space to opt for same. Btw, JBL has an entire range of active speakers for Left/Right setups too in Synthesis range.
This L175ms is for those who want punchy sound with JBL signature for large living rooms without need or possibility of atmos.
Can it be used in Home Theatre System with AVR as centre channel speaker?
In a way yes with Line Input, through Processor center channel output. But not recommended otherwise
@@TanmayMehtafor av protection servo stabilizer u suggest or static.
Sir you haven’t address that can we add another speaker with this and can make a real stereo system ??
You cannot connect an extra speaker to it! You can only connect an additional sub to it
Are they sound better than Authantic 500 ? And Naim muso 2?
Definitely better than Authentics, but not Naim Muso!
Good one
Expecting review of JBL Studio-6 series hometheature package
This series is very reasonable price compare with synthesis
Yes. Will be shared soon 👍🏻
Can we connect any media player or Blu ray player to this. I guess not. 1.70 for TV sound is a tall order man. I hope you appreciate.
Through RCA Connections you can!
Good one but I wish it had surround speakers connectivity option
Application is not TV only. It’s a Music System! So no surrounds given.
Only HDMI arc connection no earc for a high quality speaker.?
eARC is subject to Atmos speakers only. This category is not focused on Atmos experience. So only ARC in this and many others!
the remote seems flimsy ....this product is now coming to India a bit late i guess the wood finish is the one to consider for a audiophile how will klipsch and polk audio compare to this
Very true on the color choice 👍🏻 And with regards to comparison, it’s difficult to do that, as it’s an all in one integrated system meant for those who do not want multiple speakers or cables or amplifiers!
@@TanmayMehta true 👍
Price ? Suitable pure music listening in the leaving room ? What about Authentics 500 ?
MRP is ₹169,990/- and it’s great for music listening in Living Rooms, due to wide coverage and all the required connections. Authentics 500 is more like a multi room speaker.
I checked on JBL website and its not there, from where i can buy this? Please let me know.
Hey Jagjeet, reach out to our sales team on bit.ly/GBAVIBA for purchase!
@@TanmayMehta alright! Thanks 😊.
Can we use it as a center channel?
In a way yes with Line Input, through Processor center channel output. But not recommended otherwise
Review for JBL 4329 P . Powered speakers
Please help me out. I want to buy the Best bookshelf speaker under 2000 US dollars or 2 lakh rupees.
Klipsch 9s , sonus Faber lumina 2, q acoustics 5020, kef r3 meta , warfdale linton 85 ?
We don't get arindal 1723 or 1961 in my country. Any other speaker that you would recommend under or a little over 2000 dollars / or 2 lakh.
Below are my preferences -
1. Sonus Faber Lumina II Amator
2. B&W 706 S3
3. Wharfedale Linton
@@TanmayMehta please make a video on the best bookshelf speakers for audiophiles , like you did for best floorstanding speaker under 2L. Thanks again.
@@TanmayMehta I am amazed to see that kef R 3 meta is not on your list. Would be really intresting to see you insights on your new video if possible.
Recommendation on your quest for best bookshelf speaker under 2000 USD may dampen because what lately affects the quality of sound (music for reference) is the room dimensions and it's acoustics.
A great speaker without reasonably good room acoustics may sound not so good at all. So, even before you buy a good speaker one should know how the sound would interact with the dimensions, walls, floor, ceilings, furniture and furnishings of the room.
Besides, your choice of speaker (passive speaker) pair also should be dependent on the amperage, wattage, headroom of your stereo amplifier.
Do not rush into buying one without auditioning one at the place where you'd be using it with your own gear.
Choice would always be yours nevertheless...😊
Isn't it very bulky in its look? Any other speaker that is compatible or better than this?
It’s not really very bulky if you remove under TV as the only placement option!
Can you please confirm that there is just one hdmi port, no any input hdmi?
Yes. There's only 1 HDMI ARC port!
@@TanmayMehta Thank you very much, only if they could add atleast 1 more input port.
Any other speaker with more refined sound?
Stay tuned! New video coming soon 👍🏻
Kindly review Sony HT A7000 soundbar.
Awaiting for Sony team’s confirmation!
Why not go for Senheiser Ambeo then if we are spending so much.
Ambeo is a pure soundbar without an option for turntable connectivity. As mentioned in the video, it is for those who know Atmos is not possible due to large viewing distances, no immediate side walls and primary purpose is music listening!
I know it's not a pure high fidelity speaker. But far better stereo sound bar it is compare to market available wide range of sound bars
Thank you 🙏🏻
Klipsch The Fives and Sevens are Beter Option, Difference is 2pc vs 1pc Speaker...
Yeah.
Though, this video was informative, it lacked sound demo.
We had to remove the demo due to copyright issues but from now on, we'll add copyright free demo clips for sure 👍
Superb Speaker
Yes. Very impressive 👍🏻

Is it a Bose doppelganger?
Haha. Not really!
I skipped the video after hearing the price
Looks like JBL and other mainline audio brands have surrendered to the Lord Physics. I am telling this in context of prevailing soundbar and a base systems flooding the market. Using tiny speakers to radiate everything above 80Hz greatly enhance the the cosmetics but destroy the main purpose of a sound system. Sound from a high excursion small driver can not be natural and pleasant.
So, I welcome this new trend started by JBL.
Absolutely!
Price is not compactable
How much you can afford ❤
Bakouas JBL, Sound depends by recording quality. I maid 300+300 RMS sound system, All companys product failed. Trunsformer 45-0-45 volts, 10 amp . Totally based on transistor( Japan, Toshiba ). There is no heating issue, all though run 10 hrs, Price : 10000/-.
1,70,000 INR? Ye bas amir logoke chochle hai.
JBL Bar 1300 is also just 20k less!
Sahi hai.It is expensive.
It looks ugly😅
Wooden finish will impress you!
I agree it's ugly, wooden or any other finish, it's like something from the 70s....
