Pan fried Cod fish. Fish fry recipe

Today I will tell you my favorite fish fry recipe and in this way you can fry any type of white fish.
I really like this easy fried fish recipe because it doesn't take a lot of time to cook and I don't have to use a lot of oil.
To get a crispy pan fried fish we have two options: we can use coarse cornmeal or semolina.
For me, pan fried Cod fish is the best option for cooking this type of fish.
Ingredients:
Cornmeal (preferably coarse)
Cod
Salt
Olive oil
