That's probably the best costume I've seen here on RUclips. It's only the face of the doll that looks fake. You can make it even better by doing what Benny Hill did when he made his piggy back costume. Make it so the woman's head is more forward and drooping downward, then place a long scraggly wig on her so the hair covers her face. :)
