Either he escaped in a flying saucer (which you can barely see in the haunted house explosion from the final cutscene), or he just got buried by the factory wreckage and was really upset about it.
i liked it because it reminded me of how i played the game too. i would die in the stupidest ways sometimes just because your fingers and brain don't talk correctly 😂
the music is soooo good!!!!! and i love the creativity in all the different level themes also i remember this game being not super easy but not frustratingly hard. like if might take quite a few tries to beat a part but you WILL beat it and then its really satisfying. (frogger 1 was too hard😅) one of my favorite games ever!

It was burned to the cd, so when you no-cd patch the game or download it online, the music did not come with it

I swear I cannot get this to run even on an XP VM, because it REQUIRES DirectX SEVEN! NOT 8 not 9 not 12... SEVEN!
No offense , sometimes i was like how did you make yourself die? Definately not a perfect playthrough or but entertaining nether the less
