I bought 6 1/2 yard pieces from Sallie Tomato, planning to make these. Unfortunately, "Sallie Tomatoes" is printed on the back of most of my pieces. I can't make these with one layer now. I have been working on my first one. I cut a 1/2 inch smaller square to line it and to cut down on the bulk. I used 1/ 4" Steam-a-Seam to help your the fold over lip. Now, I have 6 layers to see through and my practice pieces of cork keep having skipped stitches. I tried Microtex, Jeans, etc. Needles. Using a Teflon foot, poly thread. Help! Suggestions? Really disappointed that your brand is printed on the reverse side of this wonderful fabric; really limits my utility of them. Let the customer know that this is on the fabric. BTW, I am using a 3.0 stitch length.

Thank you for your comments. We do not have branded Cork or Faux leather anymore.
