Do you make the radish raw or do you put salt on it and draw its water out first

This is nepali khana not Thakali/Tamang.A place ( Mustang, very freezing cold area)where Thakali/Tamang people live don't grow rice just only Buck /Wheat flour. They used to eat Buck/ wheat MASH flour not rice. Their food is similar to Tibetan .Somehow nice video 👍

Thakali and Tamang are different. Also, google Thakali thali. This came from the Thakali community but it's differently made in Nepal. Tamang community eat more dhido which is buckwheat flour dish

Not proper authentic taste as in😉 Nepali food coriander powder is used very less they use more rosted jeera powder and ginger garlic paste.. and they never use hing in daal... N daal it's mashed in iron kadhai...n even raai saag we dnt add hing n jeera we add only whole methi seed and ginger garlic paste and chillies n only haldi and salt... The one u made thakali food is in indian taste not authenticated Nepali taste...try out the orginal version that taste much better than this..

Nepalese coking have zero innovation, zero traditional cooking knowledge and idea, zero creativity and research in developing edible food and kitchen concept. However, your efforts looks worthy while watching. Santana cooking should be destabilsh from Bharat and many Asian cooking where they still kept the pace and originality. Well cooking and consuming habits is list in Nepal since many many years ago even more then couple of centuries where many has protected it out of Nepal. I hope the might have enough courage and wisdom to bring them back destabilsh as culture. Bing vast menu's shows both richness in food and culture.
