You and I are on the same page! The trellises are coming, and the foundation was driving me crazy too, so I will be doing that soon. I like the idea of maybe adding something bigger, bolder to the cart to catch the eye. It may also relocate in the future when we finally build our dream deck! Thanks for the suggestions!💜
Love this makeover & you could make great trellises using bamboo or willow. It’s all over RUclips. Also an arbor of cattle panels is easy & ch so & would be a pretty entrance to your walkway.
Let him get a little thumbs up for his he!p😉please video~and put in title~ when you power wash the patio and mold by the door(power washing is so satisfying to watch😍)Ps that hair pin hack is genius...I'm totally going to use it!!!🙏🏽
I am so glad you loved the tip! I just cleaned up the mold in my Kate's project, so I will let you know when that video publishes... it is the 2nd video I will be editing soon!
Haha, sorry, I can see how that would drive some crazy! I love the moss, so I chose to remove it by hand to relocate and also to allow some to remain in the cracks. If we power washed, I would have lost all of the moss. If we make it over more in the future, I may consider it.
If you had done a lite power wash with the hose that wall behind the table would be a whole lot fresher looking. With out it the place still looks dirty, neat, but still messy with the dirty walls n blocks.
Hello first time viewer here. Good use of what you have. It still looks to dirty maybe try cleaning the patio more. Pressure washing removing more moss and painting walls may help.
Thanks so much for checking out our video! You are right! I was hoping that the moss might grow back a bit, but it didn't & it definitely looked dirty, so I finished cleaning it up when we tackled our latest project, in this video: ruclips.net/video/vorP6ata1lM/видео.html
We thought about giving it a scrub, but I chose to remove most of the moss by hand or with a shovel for a few reasons: 1) I relocated a lot of it to a shady spot in the garden, and 2) I like to let some moss gross in the cracks of the pavers, it gives it a natural look! A lot the the staining left behind washed off in the rain or was covered up by the rug.
First-time viewer, I like your content. I do find the words with the jumping blue box and the added boxes of things to be very distracting from listening to what you're explaining. I don't find them necessary since closed caption is provided by yourube if a viewer needs it. I rather hear you chatting. I hope you take this as constructive input, not as a nasty comment, as I certain do not intend it as such. Thank you for sharing. 😊
@judymills7157 Thank you!!! 💜 It didn't really bother me, but I do notice it more now 😆 We don't, currently, have a pressure washer (will likely get one when we upgrade to an extended deck), but I may give it a little hand scrub at spots (if I can find a little extra time, between upcoming projects). 🙂
Hi thanks for sharing. I think if you would had pressure washed the area you would had gotten a better result. If not pressure wash, bleach or organic products could help with a good scrub. What do you think?
@carmenbendwr6610 thanks for the suggestion. It actually took a lot for me to scrape it up, because I love the mossy look, so I tried to find a compromise. A lot the staining left behind washed off in the rain or was covered up by the rug. I actually wish I would have touched up the exterior paint on the side of the house too, so I will tackle that on another day. There is always more to do.😆
Much better but... still needs more cleaning up and more work. Painting the foundation (after cleaning it up) and even the patio blocks after killing the moss and doing some landscaping around the patio area and cleaning the house with a power washing would be added inprovement and more worthy of utube videos.
Everything about this is enjoyable and satisfying. 1rst time here, Im subbed now. I do things very much the same way that you do. Thanks for posting!!👩🌾🏡💛
Thanks for your feedback! I have cut back on some of those dynamic captions in future videos.🙂 Our last makeover in the series is publishing this Thursday!
You made it so useable now. It’s an attractive and fun space that you made using some labor instead of money. Good DIY.
Thank you!!! 💜💜
Suggestion:. Paint foundation, cart to small for space, too many smalls on cart, roll out umbrella. Maybe bring in a trellis to bring eye up!!!

Hi, You did a Great Job. Looks Very Nice!!!!!
I love a good “use what you have” freshen up video. Very nice!
My favorite kind of makeover, full of TLC and practical! Very nice.
Thank you so much! New and shiny is nice, but I love using our accessories, until they truly need to be replaced! 💜
It is looking good
Thank you!💜

I have seen the carrel panel arbor done a few times, it always looks so pretty when fully grown in!😍

You need to power wash that area 😩

Looks dirty power wash is needed so is weeds in pavers need to be pulled

Not power washing the patio took Way the beauty of it all.😮

I'd ❤❤❤to find that 2 tier stand! Where did you get it?
Im all for power washing. Enjoy the refreshed look, but cleaner would be a lot better. Of course, youre the ones that matter. I subscribed.

Nice job!
Your house could use a good power wash.
Absolutely! Unfortunately, we don't have one, YET! Stay tuned for an update, I was just scrubbing siding today!😅

We definitely, have more work planned in this area. This was all about improving, in the meantime! Thanks for checking out the video!
