Just wanted to let you know, out of all the episodes we’ve seen so far, for some reason, the shots of Luna made is very, very teary. Love you guys so much, miss you both, and we dearly miss our Tuna ❤️
Awwwww you guyyyyyysssssssss (enter sobbing here). She was just so full of life. It makes me so happy to see her frolicking. Also I feel like it's super obvious that she was a Daddy's girl in this one ;)

UGH, sorry you lost the fish!! Palm the reel with one hand and use two fingers on the line against the rod to add tension with the other, when fighting the fish-let'm run. I had a feeling you were going to lose him when I saw you fighting with your hand on the reel handle. You guys rock and love your videos, Thank you!!

Yeah we think about that steak ALLLL the time! He is such a gift! We're thankful for this series because it feels like a place we will always be able to come back to (mentally).

Sous vide in a fabric cooler = genius
Yeah! My dad does it this way. We've even seen someone cut a hole just for their Sous Vide in the lid of a classic igloo to dedicate it for that purpose!

Such a great build! Did you have to add a beefier axle? How does your setup not exceed the tundra payload? I know a suspension upgrade will help distribute weight but....?
That rod looked like the Orvis Clearwater? That's the one I bought a couple years ago; I still need to get out and catch my first fish with it. Congrats MAK!
It is! He has the clearwater and I have an Echo setup now so we both have rods so when the two of us fish we can switch back and forth to try different flies quickly! And thank you!

Super cool video. On a side note, to increase distance with the fly rod let it load longer. The number one thing I see for new fly fishermen and women is transitioning too quickly from their backcast. Let the rod do the work. Great stuff though!
Great series guys! Looking forward to the next episode. I've one question for you, though: Does it get smelly with the cat in such a small space?
Thank you! And no it doesn't and we would always as just to confirm we were not blind to it. We used an all natural litter that was far better surprisingly, at masking smell. We also scooped it every morning (she was a night pooper) or she just used the bathroom outside like we do.
Tell him to dry brine it for 24-48 hours before the sous vide. Funny thing, never thought of my sous vide as a van life cooking tool but that may change.
