    You said it yourself, not ideal for manufacturing
    .
    I use shaper to design handlebars and I design the bars around the clr of my bender dies, I mainly use the revolve tool to create sections then align, union build one side and mirror, I haven’t really played with parametric yet so looking forward to it

    when I use shell on the other side that has not been extruded, it tells me that the surface is invalid

      same problem. I think it is because it wasn't extruded so it isn't filled in
