no its not. its a complete garbage..
Little bit of a rant... Loved DayZ, but I prefer Deadside's base and respawn mechanics. Also, Deadside allows me to play shorter games. I work and I dont have the amount of time required for DayZ. Bases are a joke on DayZ and always get destroyed with in a few days. With Deadside I can play on the weekends and I don't have to start from scratch every time. Also, zombies gets boring. Deadside you actually have to try when fighting with the bots. Plus Deadside I can fight bots even when no one else is online.
Definitely a great game to play if you only have a short window of time to play. A lot more simple than DayZ that I find enjoyable and worth playing

it's not even remotely close to being like DayZ.
DayZ is extremely complex and Deadside is very simple still.
