When I played golf I always remembered some young males who thought the goal of golf was to hit the ball the furthest with the least amount of club, so for example if he thought he could hit a 9 iron 170 yards with his best shot he would hit a nine iron. Tiger was like that (except of course he could play wonderfully well). But once you hit your mid thirties you can't get away with that any more.

When tiger was in his teens. 15 on sports illustrated . His dad Elroy was beside him day in and day out. private coaches. David Leadbetter back in the day. Golf is a sport about movement . Break down , weight transfer , leg speed hand speed . Golf is a phsycological , individual contest. You against the course. Like all of us players. Tiger was a member at a club growing up as I. We ate , shit and slept golf from the time we could walk right till university and tour. I never played on the tour. I did play the world Junior optimist on the Monterey Peninsula Torey Pines. My teammate and a well Known BC amateur and American mini tours so on. Actually destroyed Tiger for low gross for the entire team tournament. Canada we came in second. alot of us top 15. Anyways what I'm getting at is Tiger has worked so stupidly dedicated with us all in Golf. Mentally and physically broke down the swing. watched the greats . jack Nicholas , Payne Stewart , Seve Ballasteros , Ben Crenshaw and we applied those various styles into moulding our own. Tiger has a perfect tempo. Feel . I will say this he was a fuckin spaz as a kid on the course lol shit himself missing 25 ft putts ;). Although was a nice guy.
