FS 2001-SRN Siren Test - Full Attack - Muskogee, Oklahoma

2001-SRN (main unit) - 108 ft
2001-SRN (faint) - 1.19 mi
2001-SRN (faint) - 1.29 mi
2001-130 (faint) - 1.65 mi
So I was up in the Muskogee area for family related reasons and I happened to be nearby on the first Saturday, so we drove about 25 minutes up the road to this SRN where I almost missed the windup on all three of my recordings. You can hear me start the recording on my drone right when the siren activates, that’s what that is. It was pretty loud and as expected, it did attack. That is the first time I have heard 2001 attack up close and I will say that it is pretty cool. Also, I took an odd-ball guess on what frequency Muskogee’s system was toned out on but I got lucky and guessed the right one, because I did catch tones. Also I’m pretty satisfied with how the recordings turned out, so I hope you enjoy the video!
The City of Muskogee tests their siren system on the first Saturday of every month @ 12PM, weather permitting. The system runs in attack for 3 minutes.
