  • Hi everyone! First things first. I am working on the Q&A video. I’m hoping to have that one ready by Wednesday! So if anyone has anymore questions, pop them in the comments below. I’ve had this book review one filmed for several days, and my wonderful husband and I have been working on improving my sound editing. As I’ve said many times, I live annoyingly close to an interstate highway, and sometimes the noise from that is so loud that it severely interferes with my videos. It has been such a major discouragement for me because I want so badly to make peaceful content for you guys, and the screaming sounds of vehicles on loud highways is anything but peaceful. However, I think we’ve found a winning formula with this video. Please give me some feedback on the sounds and what you guys like and dislike about this video! It will help me to further improve my future content! I appreciate you guys so much.
ASMR sounds and triggers include: whispering, book sounds, book handling visuals, some hand movements associated with book handling, tapping on a book cover, and page turning. I think I’ll alternate between whispering and soft speaking for these reviews. Thanks for watching!

Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it! I’ve been working on trying to get a better sound and eliminating as much of the background noise as possible. I’m feel like I’m making progress, but there’s still work to be done. Thank you so much for your support!

Oh, you're such an old fashion girl ... lol ... Don't you know that adult activity is what sells books? 😉 Anyway, I completely understood everything you said in this review. As for me - all those repetitive descriptions simply add to the amount of the number of words (or letters), and thus to the author's fee. (I used to work as a proofreader and translator for publishing companies for many years. I assume that the system is more or the less similar everywhere.) BTW: Now I know I won't borrow or buy this book in case I notice it ...
The sound is great, Cassidy. Please, don't worry! 🥰
And as for the Q & A - I've actually wanted to ask you something ... I know you school your children on your own. What lead you to this decision? And how does your typical day look like?
Enjoy the weekend, dear friend! I'm sending you tons of love ... ❤

Yes, I absolutely am old fashioned! I’ve always been a bit of an old soul. Lol, adult activity is definitely a big selling point, I do understand that. However, I’m of the opinion that some things are better left to the…imagination. A lot of this has to do with my faith as well. As far as the descriptions, I can totally see why they are used to lengthen the book. But again, when reading for my personal amusement, excessive description of any kind becomes boring and redundant. 😂
Im so glad you like the sound, and thank you for the question! I’m so excited to answer these. I’ve gotten such amazing questions from everyone. So many more than I expected to get. It makes me feel honored. Sending hugs, my friend! Thanks again!

@@quietlycreativeasmr7751 Yes, I absolutely agree, that it's better to leave some things to the imagination. Less (words) is more ... And I understand that in your case it has to do also with your faith, but I think it's also a matter of taste.
I'm happy that you've received many interesting questions! Yessssss ... and I'm looking forward to the video. 💞
