Yes, t-10 is a disappointment Balance is REALLY poor.... WAY to many torpedo farming DDs & CAs.. I love t6 through 8 myself... balance is good for most occasions & DDs aren't superpowered 🤗

Too bad her mighty guns are not the “secondaries”, those guns suck against destroyers and are a complete joke. from West Virginia all the way up to this ship their fake as hell and are completely worthless in Blitz. The only ship in this game with decent secondaries is Bismarck.
