When you want to EAT from a kill or a meat chunk, Just tap the space bar, and when you want to PICK UP a meat chunk or carcass hold the space bar until your wolf has the food in its mouth. Hope this helped.

Hey, story time (even if no one cares). I was playing with my wolf SilverStar and her mate DarkNight, and a BOAR GRIZZLY attacked my den. I'd just picked up a wandering pup as it happened so I couldn't woof my litter into the den right away. The bear almost got my only silvery-white pup, but luckily DarkNight managed to intervene and save the pup. We both lost half our health but we managed to keep all six of our pups alive. My heart was pounding crazily in my chest the whole time. So that's my story time. XD
I had a wolf and her mate died. He literally ran off and never came back. Anyways I got a new mate and he fostered that litter. We had our own pups and both times he was an amazing mate and dad. He died while protecting his puppies from a boar grizzly. We had just come back from claiming territory so I was weak from a fight. All 7 of his puppies made it and the grizzly left but I did loose him.

I had the same problem with the taking chunks of meat instead of eating, but eventually I figured out: Tap space and you'll eat (really, just a light tap), hold space and you'll pick up the food. With puppies, you tap to feed them and hold to pick them up. I don't know if you already knew this, but it was annoying for me until I figured it out, so I wanted to share just in case anyone was having troubles!
I had to move my puppies because of the fleas, and I didn’t realise until now but I moved them to the same den you’re currently at. We didn’t get attacked while moving so it was a nice family outing, although the bison were a bit scary for the pups 😂and poor Poseidon couldn’t cross the stream which is ironic 😂
Did you know that the "white" wolves in yellowstone are actually very light gray? Its a cool fact wolfquest gave me on a loading screan! I wonder how Jalon got to be so light gray. Maby from meadow and the little patches of white on Genesis

Seri, if you let different parts of your territory decline to 30%, then other animals, wolf packs, will start to settle in those places, so you have to mark often. 😊

Also Seri, i think diversity just refers to the coat colors of your pups, but not the health or how many you have. Which is why though you have a four star diversity mate, you only had 5 pups
It does matter with the health. When I fist played I got a two star mate. Almost all my pups got sick and they were really weak. There were only three of them too.
Before you named Parsley’s pups I named one of my pups Basil... 😂 It’s funny how your Basil is strongest and my Basil is weakest 😝 By the way, I wouldn’t advise leaving the pups in the den for a long time in the rain. There always is a small chance that the rain will flood the inside of your den and your pups will come out of the den. You will be notified in the game if your pup has left the den without instruction if your den has flooded. If it rains while your sleeping with your pups outside, your pups may refuse to go in the den due to flooding in the morning.

You can see how much food your mate and yourself have for the pups in the same menu that you look at the pups. At the top of the list is your mate and it shows their stomach capacity which at upto 100% would be your food, then above that would be extra for the pups. Don't know if you knew that, but thought you may want to note. @serisims
I think if she had rest in the den instead outside that first time before she went out to hunt it would of been fine. Its just balancing resting and hunting. SInce while hunting and marking territory is when the fleas go up
@@Blueeclispe see Jayplays videos with her wolf Pyralis of the Wildfie Pack. She slept in the den with her pups and by the time in game where seri is she had 70 something% flea load. Seri, who lets her pups sleep outside, only has 10%, wich makes her pups less likely to be sick.
I think a cool challenge for if Azor or Persophone dies is if Parsley or Achilles can't find a step parent for the pups in 5 days, they'll have to raise the pups alone. And one more thing, if a pup falls ill ADDMETENTLY get ALL of your hexes up to one hundred percent and get as much food for the pups as you can, maybe even leave some rabbits by the den, and DO NOT sleep more than four times!!!!
I reccomemd you to mark your teritory first and THEN hunt for food because if you wont feed your pups right away you will loose some of the extra food in your stomach
I'm still on 2.7 but my packs getting a cool story now for example to new heir to my pack was a survivor (according to a coin) of a bear who killed both his parents. I decided he survived die to his dark red coat looking sort of like a bear cub mad the bear may have adopted him while his siblings hid on the den and eventually starved while one of his siblings survived off the bodies of his dead family. The 'bear cub' is my new heir.
It would be cool if there was something like the Sims 3 Marketplace on Wolf Quest 3 where you can upload wolf pups you don't plan on using and where other players could take them in and continue the family tree. I think that would be complicated but it would be a pretty cool concept if they could somehow implement it into the game.
Let's talk about how Hawk is 2 pounds lighter than Marigold 🤣 Personally hoping Jalan, Hawk and Marigold survive, along with everyone else I just realized that Jalan was from Achilles' litter, my bad. I meant Basil 🤦♂ For Achilles, I want like half of the liter to survive with their cute little sassy tails. Hades, Jalan, and I forget the other one...

All of the rain is kind of risky because dens in the game can actually flood, I've never seen anyone mention this!! I'm pretty sure there's nothing you can do to prevent a den from flooding, but I'm pretty sure rock dens are less likely to flood than coyote dens and dens like the Moss tree den!! I've been watching other wolfquest play throughs and in one I saw the player constantly got flooded dens after rain and have to move over and over again

Seri, Persephone is a loner! This means that she will hunt and mark on her own. You will need to get used to hunting on your own or rarely with her.
Plus on top of that I believe Persephone knows he’s a runt and that’s why she’s always hunting and marking territory

If the sent post isn’t where you want it you can make a new one and make it closer to other hexes for faster marking :)
