I feel this. I'm 22 and I almost always get mistaken as 15 or younger . It gets annoying at times esp when i wanna be taken seriously but it can be funny when people realize
I can really relate to this! I'm 17 and turning 18 this year and a lot of people tend to ask me about my age, I was told many times I look 15 and sound 13.I do tell them I'm actually 17 but some people just won't believe me and end up saying false accusations. I honestly just have to tolerate with them but it does sometimes bother me. But you're statement is true, and that we can't change on how our appearance! Also a very nice video! Keep up the grate work!! :D
No they aren't, you hater!!! I will reprts ur comments! No, but seriously, they're saying that they're not a child, so you're not wrong. But that was my idea, and you stole it, so, I will still report you for reasons such as uhh uhmm umm uhh um uhh idk
I'm 31 and people still think I look like a teenager. It also doesn't help that I still have an emo-esque fashion sense and have a babyface even when I grow a beard and also have a medium-highish voice so I can relate.
me too but im 25. i kind of like it but i hate it when people wont take me seriously, my fashion style and personality also dont help, i try to dress and act differently when i want to be taken seriously
I actually relate to this so much, I'm a 22 year old but get mistaken for a kid. People normally think I'm 13, it also doesn't help that I'm also short (4'11) and have a babyface, my voice is also quite soft sounding. It does get annoying at times cause I usually expect people to treat me like an adult in my 20's but I think people will always look at me as I'm younger, which honestly bothers me at times but then I think hey at least when I'm 30 looking like I'm 20! One time though I was at a small local zoo, there was a stand where two woman we're selling snacks, one woman asked me what I would like to get, then she asked me "What's your favorite animal?" and I was like, "I like looking at the bears when I come here." then she proceeded to ask how old I was, and I lied and just said I was 20 cause I gotta be honest I hate when people randomly ask how old I am, and it was getting awkward, and she was like "NO WAY! You look so young!" and I'm like, "Yeah haha, I get that a lot. People always think I look younger than what I really am." Then when we ended the convo, I was heading back to sit down at a table bench, and heard the lady laugh hysterically, "HAHAHAHA I thought she was a kid!!!!" Which honestly kind of bothered me a bit lmao so yeah wont forget that moment
For me it's the opposite. I'm 16 and have a deep and apparently "radiophonic" voice. People hear me and think I'm 30 (until they see me). Also, if I forget to shave, my friends say that I look like "the average father", although I'm pretty sure they're exaggerating.
I’m 16 and for me it’s the other way around, my regular speaking voice is pretty deep and my facial hair just decided to start growing as fast as it could starting age 13 it’s nice now but I think that in the long run you’d rather wanna be approximated to be younger
I know being mistaken for a child can be annoying, but over time, instead of looking like you're in your 30s, you'll be in your 20s. It's your gift, your curse... so use it to your advantage. :D
Trust me I can relate, I'm 22 irl and because of my height and my baby face a lot of people thinks that I am a high school student. (Some people think im 15 where others think im 17)

I think that's better than what happens to me. I look way, WAY older than what I am. I'm 15, and have had a full beard since I was 13. I have a lot of body hair, an extremely low voice and I'm taller than almost every person my age I know. Everyone thinks I've repeated grades, or that I'm just a 30 year old guy hanging out with teenagers... I hate it to be honest. I want to be normal. It'll get better overtime as everyone starts to look similar to me but for the time being it sucks a whole lot. Looking younger is better because you just age more slowly and you'll eventually catch up, meanwhile looking older has no benefits, aside from maybe being able to drink without being asked for an ID, but I really do not want to drink at 15. I liked the video though, keep it up!

And that legit just never happened. Something else that never happened was sprouting above 5'9"-I'm 5 inches shorter than both my 6'1" parents. I can't grow facial hair. It's insane. Perhaps I'm lacking in testosterone but I'd have no idea why
But yeah it's cool coming across this video. I'm glad someone else can relate.
I look a lot younger than I actually am as well. To the point where people say I look 10. I’m way older than 10. Please help.
My gym thinks I'm 17, so I get a discount. Use your blessings where you can.
Since I was 12 or 13 I've always been mistaken for a 20 year old. Always on overwatch, Discord or Apex and they wouldn't believe I was a kid. Well in real life, I was the most naïve lookin kid.
As a teenager who has an extremely high voice, I feel your pain.
Bro same here, that’s why I avoid games with comms. I’ve been thinking of making a vid like this for a while, but thought id be copying some other ytubers with the Sam e problem. Oof.
i like your voice. it is very calming
I don’t know why but people think I am two to three years older then I am and I am very happy that people don’t call me a squeaker in valorant lobby’s
lol, I remember Haminations having the same problem
I feel you I’m an adult and sound like a child
most underrated animator rn
Still 18 but dealing with my voice I've had for my entire life. I genuinely if this is late blooming or I'm actually cursed with this voice
You have the type of voice that would 100% sound like a child on a bad mic.
Same I look younger than I’m actually am (yes I’m Asian)
I always told by people playing Xbox 360 live in the past, that I sound like a hardcore late 30s' stoner. Today I'm in my early 20s, when in-fact I still sound like a 30s' stoner.
you are not alone mate, i may not have as high voice as you but when i shave people who dont get a good look at me think im 16 (im 21 lol)
think of it this way... the amount of trolling potential you have with a high pitched voice is much higher lol
