- The leaks for Call of Duty 2023 are getting even more insane! There has been some juicy news that call of duty in 2023 will be Modern Warfare 3, and will allegedly have the zombies mode "Outbreak" returning as a potential "Outbreak 2.0" type of mode.

How do you think an "Outbreak 2.0" would be?
If it's not like the treyarch predecessors in the past, I'm not interested..

i think its a bad idear
Why
they copy past a lot of okey gamemode and make tham worst lets take war zone 1 it had a fair plate system now wz2 dont has that any more everthing is more luck based and if you want to have day 1 op weapons you need money.
So iv outbreak to gets the same unfair luck based stuff what do we as a long time Zombie play still have we will have some sort of perks and field upgrates (that i would like to see in the box simelar to bo3 personal perf btw) and thats it
if there is a in game store where you can buy weapons for real money i am out
i would rater buy a bo2 remasterd than buy a unfinish game on release with pay2win aspekt.
cod is going away from me and a lot of players dont even want to play it anymore cold war was for me the last one i bought dont mean i didnt played vanguard (it was shit but had more destroy options than battlefield 2044 but that was a weaknis for me) and mw 2 is or wants to be a good cod but it isnt (at least for me).
So will i olay it depends i am at 70% no but if its for free and doesnt need to have a battlepass to play it i will try it for some rounds (btw i hope elena siegman has some easter egg song if not its not a zombies simple rule)
but 30 % will always be pissed what activison has done to Zombies
no mustang and sally no double p&p secrets nothing like that is in they games anymore not even the bank or a special knive wallbuy
Yeah i know the little things but i think i will give it a try myself IF ITS FREE
if not no way i will buy it

I absolutely love outbreak, it’s what made me buy CW, played it during the free weekends and loved it
The 50/50 split was quite misleading though as there were no new round based maps for months and outbreak was fairly new when that statement came out I'm sure? I thought outbreak was okay but love round based maps.
Ohh makes sense. Well I guess it shows something about outbreak at least, and that the mode has potential but I do wonder what the player base is like now for theses two modes
I feel like the numbers were exaggerated and used as an excuse to just use scrapped assets from their warzone map instead of spending money on developing brand new zombie maps

I'm still playing Cold War Zombies daily and have since it's release. I find the different modes (Outbreak, round based, etc., plus the Easter eggs) appeal to the mood/time I have to play on any given day.
I prefer Treyarc Zombies to the other Zombies games, but that is a personal preference, due to being disappointed with the end product of the other Zombie wannabes.
I preferred Outbreak to literally any other mode from Cold War but they'd be out of their mind to just put Outbreak in
I mean im all for an outbreak 2.0 i think it was great and and nice new change but we also still need classic round based maps
I just want another black ops game, but treyarch should now have 4 years to perfect the next black ops, andthey made Cold War in less then 2 years which was great

Just let treyach handle zombies no one can do it right besides iw zombies it was really fun , but sledgehammer can't do zombies they always fuck it up

I dont get why the fuck they need to change shit. They have a perfect blueprint with bo3 on pc. Good maps with mod tools. That would be a perfect game.

I think the smartest thing treyarch can do with their own title is bring back Primus and Victis with Peck replacing Takeo
