- Another year, another Call of Duty game, except, the "Modern Warfare 3" title that is coming out soon seems to have a zombies mode. Is it worth being excited over? Or is it going to be a trainwreck like Vanguard?

Although im not at all excited for its release, i feel like because they skipped zombies for a whole year they had time to experiement with it, meaning they can make it really fun (i am copeing)
Imo black ops should have the traditional round based zombies mode while MW should have outbreak.

remember DMZ was most definitely a test for outbreak 2.0 in mw3. My guess is that they’ll have normal enemy Ai strongholds, zombies and other enemy squads on the map with exfil. It will probably stay an extraction gamemode.
Yeah i can see that, if MW3 zombies is real, then this could prove to be an interesting theory

Im not expecting much. I mean As long as Treyarch isn’t working on it, because they need time for their next title, then idc what they do. Part of it is I’m done with call of duty tbh. Except for treyarch, their campaigns (gtfo bo3) and zombies (gtfo vanguard) and multiplayer (gtfo bo4) for the most part deliver. IW peaked with Modern Warfare 2019 for me. But I do like IW zombies so I’m curious for their take on zombies once more.
I doubt MW3 2023 zombies would be a thing

So why can't MW zombies be like IW zombies? In IW the zombies was completely disconnected from everything else, meaning it had complete freedom, they're doing the same exact thing right now with BOCW zombies, it's technically taking place in the MW19 universe but isn't really affecting that story, the same thing could happen with MW3 zombies, maybe it's completely disconnected from BOCW zombies
If that is confusing, I'm basically saying why does MW zombies have to be different from IW zombies, it doesn't **have** to, it most likely would/will but, nothing about IW zombies would be out of place in a MW game, considering IW zombies is out of place anyway (campaign set in 2116, zombies set in 2016 with the characters getting trapped in a movie thing that takes them to various locations and times)

@@TheExceptionalGamer yeah, I think with being cautiously optimistic, we can be hyped for zombies, but we should take it slow, like we’re all playing the Clear House mission from MW 2019, we approach MW3 Zombies with heightened senses, strapped to the teeth ready to stand our ground at the slightest pin drop we hear if something is amiss. Anything good we hear, room’s clear and good to enter, whereas anything bad, we drop with no hesitation.
Let’s just hope it’s not dog shit ❤️

if they will make a modern warfare zombies they better make something new and good not copy paste from back ops zombies so we have some competition from players and content creators of which zombie is better and other things so we have some fun and content and Activision makes some money BUT I know Activision will not do it, the is my opinion.
infinity ward *must* have had a realization on what the zombies community wanted after the previous game that had a zombies mode in it.
I know call of duty is not good with this but I really think they had some thought on what the community wants in zombies, or on what the community would find interesting and worthy
If you think about it, there is infinite universes in CoD Zombies. Each game you do an alternate reality. The Player is stuck in an endless loop of death, because each game is a different Zombie you die from that's just what I believe. Also, I feel like they shouldn't do CoD Zombies in Modern Warfare.
I'm just flat out not buying this CoD. They literally said that there would be no 2023 CoD a year or two ago to put more time into the games. This is just greedy and I feel terrible for Infinity Ward for having to push this game out in a year while also having to manage MW2 post launch which is also a pretty mid CoD. Really hope the Xbox acquisition changes things around Activision. And I encourage anyone else who hasn't been happy with CoD for the last few years to speak with your wallet and not buy this one, no matter how nice the marketing may look before launch
