    Any shipper ... should never ship a parcel if the address has no number on it. The parcel should have been set aside and should never have left the source ... til the address was clarified. So the fail starts right at the shipping desk.

      No, its not their fault. They just print out the information provided from the buyer and stick it on the box. They can not sit there and double check information on a ton of packages everyday. Its not a small company. It is 100% the buyers fault.

    Kale. I have also ordered from fanatics here in the UK and the package delivery companies they use also don't have the best tracking information. Their customer service is good also as I had my sharks jersey delivered to the wrong address by the delivery driver and then they promptly sent me another after I contacted them about it.     This jersey looks better than I thought initially. If deciding between Mrazek and Nino, I'd go with Petr as he has played a more important role for the Canes. Then again I am Czech so I may be biased haha

    I just had 3 jerseys come in and one of them came in from fanatics and it was delayed by 6 days. Coolhockey is my favorite to order from

    So glad you chose the Canes jersey! I wish I could get one, I was going to, but each time I go to The Eye, it’s always sold out. And I also don’t like ordering through fanatics.

    I ordered a rangers jersey for $48 it didn’t convert to AUD or add shipping at checkout, it just charged the card $120 without saying that the prices weren’t in AUD, and now the jersey is over a week past it’s expected arrival date

    I never had any problems with them, and i order from Europe. The only problem it takes 3-4 weeks before it arrives to my house. But they have products i can not buy in Europe and great sales too.

    I just visited Calgary two weeks ago. I loved it and I'm from L.A. i went to the CF Market i bought a James Neal clearance Flames jersey for $23 USD near the Hart Mansion and also went to the Hitmen game. Go Hitmen!

    Yeah, I’m not a big fan of fanatics either. Lids.ca has been overpriced since they took over and they don’t offer free shipping in Canada. I could understand if they were shipping direct from the US, but they have a shipping warehouse in Mississauga. Oh well, I guess all we can do is deny them our business until they change their policies and offer better promos to Canadians.

    I also stay away from Fanatics now. They are a big monopoly. I tried their “jersey assurance” program when I had a jersey for a player that was traded (everything within the rules online). Basically, they tried to lie to me and it was a big mess but after I confronted them about that, they sent me the new one. It was stupid and more complicated than it needed to be.

    Is Fanatics in partnership with the NFL? I’ve noticed all the hats the players wear for interviews and durning the games are fanatics brand, and so is the gear that the team assistances wear.

    The only thing I hate about this jersey is the word mark logo. The design itself is fine, but either the primary or alternate logo would work better imo.

      Yeah, I hate jerseys with nothing but lame text across the front. It's so lazy and unimaginative. Even worse, half the name was left off. The team is the Carolina Hurricanes. Not the Carolina Canes.

    I wish I had watched this video before ordering. I only ordered a Mahomes T-shirt because I had never did business with them. It took every bit of three weeks before I got it. The shirt really looks cheap. I most likely won’t deal with them again.

    I ordered a FL Panthers customized jersey and the name was not even centered and it was off alignment. Fanatics sucks!

    More of a venting video than your usual. Understandable though ;)
    Sucks to have that kind of experience with a company and especially when paying that kinda $$
    Would have been cool to have heard more of what you like about the jersey though ... had to wade through the vid to the 8 min mark before hearing what you liked. My 2 cents. Great vids though and AWESOME collection

    I ordered a teresanko jersey and I order a large and they sent a small the sleeves were up to my elbows it was like a crop top

    Am I the only one who doesn't hate my fanatics jersey and actuslly prefer it over the Adidas? To note, I ordered directly from the NHL website and not fanatics so it was super easy and shipped fast.

    When you buy a fanatics jersey, do you buy your normal size? I wanna get one to wear over my hoodies, I usually wear xl in tees and hoodies....should I size up? ✌🏼

    I ordered a Adidas jersey from them last Christmas and they sent the fanatics one by mistake. They made me pay for the return shipping even though they fucked up

      You should have been more vigilant contacting them to fix *their* mistake. I placed an order with them 2 years ago for a shirt. They messed up, and sent the wrong size. And I wasn't going to pay return shipping for a mistake they made. So after calling Fanatics multiple times, I finally got in touch with someone to get the shirt in the size I was supposed to get. And they let me keep the other shirt. Which I later sold for the same that I bought the other shirt for. But it was a bit of a pain getting in contact with someone to get the shirt I was supposed to get.

    Carolina needs to decide on a logo

      Brendan Strode were fine with the 5 logo thing. We got our alt, our home, our away wordmark, our away helmet logo, etc. we have like 5 different word marks alone lmao. news.sportslogos.net/2018/06/22/carolina-hurricanes-unveil-new-black-third-uniform/new-carolina-hurricanes-logos-2018-19/.
      Plus, it’s another logo and jersey that’s actually different that fans want and will pay for. Recently, more fans have been going on road games like the one to Vegas, Nashville, Arizona, etc. They sell enough, that each time I go to The Eye (canes store) they are always out of them.

    I used to order at Lids alot before they got bought up by fanatics and have been forced to deal with fanatics ever since. I can't stand them....there is always some disappointment. Its either the fabrics, a hat has a kink on it, the color is off from what is shown on the site, rude costumer service etc....while they do habe a huge selection and somewhat good deals, its an underwhelming experience every single time
