This was uploaded on my 9th birthday, back when the 767 was occasionally used for transpacific routes. I like the Cathay Pacific 747 and Air North 737-400.
They are the only airline still flying them for passenger service, I actually flew on one ( Maria Callas) from Amsterdam to Miami 5 months ago. One of the most beautiful aircraft of all time I happen to think, and the dutch keep them looking like new.
Oh yeah.... and also, this video made me play Microsoft Flight Simulator, CUZ I CAN'T HANDLE ALL THE BEAUTY THERE IS AT VANCOUVER INTL :D Very good vid! Really appreciate it!
PAL A340 and KLM MD-11 are my favorites. Because they are one of the major airlines that are operating planes with more than 2 engines, most carriers that time are transitioning to 2 engined planes (which I get it, so that they get better range and less fuel burn) but they just don't feel the same as planes like the 747, MD-11 and A340. Edit: Add in the Lufthansa A346 and Speedbird 744.
Lots of excellent heavies in that video, Were there any WestJet 737 Landings though? Pretty hard to believe that those Steel Birds can even get off the ground. Great video!!
